Aniela is development partner at Hurry Up We're Dreaming. She is a creative strategist and impact developer, with a soft spot for complexity and ideas that refuse to stay in one lane.

Her practice began through the establishment of Diamond Makers Lab, where she set out to turn sentimental objects - from home baked cakes to childhood teddy bears - into diamonds, questioning how value, love and desire are manufactured.

Today, she works across culture, futures, education and systems change, developing projects, research and funding proposals that bring together emotional insight, participation and systems thinking. At the heart of her practice is collaborating with others to reimagine and remake worlds, exploring new ways of relating to ourselves, one another and the futures we all inhabit. Her work has been shown at Dutch Design Week, Milan Design Week and the Van Abbemuseum and featured by Dezeen, The Future Laboratory and FranklinTill.

She is currently completing a PhD exploring what it means to be young and well through flow states, futures and emotional literacy - an extension of her ongoing interest in creativity as a tool for connection, reflection and change.
